Born as the youngest of 7, Lucia started understanding the complexity of family systems from an early age. She embarked on her coaching career more than 15 years ago, after an earlier life as an engineer and later as operations manager for a PR and events management company, based in London.

 

It was through coping with a long illness after a trip to India, that Lucia learned about the infinite power of the mind. She applied the body-mind techniques learned in different classes and fully recovered. Through this deep experience, Lucia decided to continue her studies by participating in trauma and family constellation courses in the UK and Germany. She equally started studying and practicing Vipassana meditation. She then obtained a diploma in Coaching from the University of Cambridge. Her love for science, which she developed through her years as an engineer, brought her on the path of Neuroscience, of which she follows regular courses.

 

Lucia, who speaks 3 languages ​​fluently, has lived in the South of France for almost 30 years with her husband where they raised their 3  - now adult - children. Their home has always been a "haven" for many young people and adults looking for guidance and strength. 

 

Her passion is reflected in her coaching-therapy work, where she shares her motto "Truth and Trust" - the foundations upon which to build a life of self-acceptance and personal growth.
